These terms govern your use of kookageo.com ("KookaGEO", "the service"). By using the service you agree to them. Plain English throughout — no tricks.
KookaGEO is an automated diagnostic tool. It scans a website you submit against signals associated with visibility in AI search engines, produces a score and suggested fixes, and optionally sends an AI-generated visibility probe. Paid tiers unlock the full fix report and generated code.
AI search results are non-deterministic — the same question can return different answers between runs. We do not guarantee that your business will appear in any AI engine's answers, and no score or fix implies a guaranteed ranking or placement. Scores are a point-in-time diagnostic, not professional, legal, or financial advice. Implementing suggested fixes is your (or your developer's) responsibility.
Paid reports are one-time purchases in US dollars (USD), processed by Stripe. Because reports are delivered instantly, all sales are generally final — but if something went wrong (a failed unlock, a duplicate charge, or a report that clearly didn't work), contact hello@kookageo.com within 14 days and we'll make it right, including a refund where reasonable. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Only scan websites you own or are authorised to assess, or that are publicly accessible. Don't use the service to attack, overload, or probe sites maliciously, and don't attempt to abuse, resell, or automate the free tier. We may refuse or rate-limit use that harms the service or others.
The Fix-It Sprint is a done-for-you engagement: it is scoped and agreed separately in writing, with pricing confirmed before work begins. The previously offered "Verified" tier has been retired; anyone who purchased it retains the access and the human review they paid for.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
We may update the service and these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
